This is a brand new web site, so we're bound to have some bugs or you may have some questions about the site itself. Hopefully this page can help!

 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only acept bank transfers (furikomi) as this helps keep our costs low. The bank transfer details will appear at checkout and on the invoice email that we send to you.

What kind of shipping do you use?

For most small orders we use registered mail (Japan Post). If your order is very large we may use a dedicated courier service (like Kuroneko).

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of 300 yen for all orders regardless of size. So come on, order a lot! :)

Do you ship to locations outside Japan?

Absolutely! Our shipping quote system cannot calculate the appropriate shipping fee however for shipments outside Japan. But as soon as we receive your order we will contact you by email to let you know the cost of shipping your order. If you're happy with our quote for shipping we'll gladly mail you your order.

I found a bug/mistakes/typo on your web site, what should I do!?

Your site is bilingual but sometimes the Japanese sounds funny

Drats! All I can say is we try our best but running a bilingual site (especially when you're not a native speaker of Japanese) is challenging. Please let us know so we can improve the site. You can either use our contact page or send us an email at info@cachekuni.com

Not all of your site seems to be translated, why is that?

Double drats! Unfortunately, you're right. The software we use to run this site is not 100% translated into Japanese (yet!). This means that sometimes, when browsing the site in Japanese, you'll find the odd button or admin text that is in English. Again, let us know and we'll fix things as quickly as possible.

I think your site needs xyz ...

Really? And we thought we had everything anyone could ever need on our site! Well then, let us know what other functionality or other products we need and if it's feasible we'll try our best to incorporate your suggestion into our web site.

And yes, we'll even give you credit!
