I will be travelling to Japan next year and want to create a personal geocoin to commemorate the trip. I would like to have the correct Japanese translation for 'Trackable at geocaching.com' on the coin.

Google translate gives this:

geocaching.com でトラッキング可能

but I don't know if I trust this.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Your translation is good. However if you want the coin to make it's way around the world I would recommend leaving the English message. Otherwise as the coin makes it way to other countries people won't understand the Japanese message.

Just curious but how many coins are you making? If I like the design I might be interested in sharing an order with you.
